Hydrating Primer: Too Faced Hangover

beauty, cruelty free

Too faced hangover primer

Too faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer

This is basically water for your dehydrated/dull/dry skin, giving an instant fresh moisture kick to your face to provide that perfect slip for your base to go on top (which it does very well).

I use one pump every morning since I got it in march and though I don’t have the feeling it makes my base last longer (I already have dry skin and it never slips off anyway) the one thing I have issues with is pretty much solved: dry / flaky patches. On a normal day my face would look dry in the afternoon, on the cheeks and around my mouth (where I have had perioral dermatitis before) rough spots would be more prominent, but this keeps my skin hydrated throughout the day.

Going for extra glow: spritz your face (rosewater) before applying – I tend to powder down the t-zone to finish my base when doing this.

I love this primer and hope very much that Too Faced will be easily available in Europe soon(or you try sephora), because their an amazing cruelty free brand.

If you can’t get your hands on it, though try Laura Mercier’s oil free primer (yes, even with dry skin) it’s not that superduper dewy but delivers enough moisture while making your base last longer.

Follow me on bloglovin’ if you like, have a great day and thanks for reading!
